Ingredients

For the Mix:
6 cups whole wheat flour
4 cups yellow cornmeal
2 cups oatmeal
2 tablespoons baking soda
¼ cup salt I used only 1 tablespoon
½ cup sugar

To make pancakes:
1 cup pancake mix
2 tablespoons oil
1 egg
1 cup milk up to 1½ cups

Directions

For the mix:
Mix ingredients. Store in an airtight container.

To make pancakes:
Use muffin method. Cook on griddle.
