Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
¼ cup butter
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup granulated white sugar
1 egg
⅓ cup chunky peanut butter, up to ½ cup
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon vanilla
1½ teaspoon dry milk powder
1½ teaspoon soy flour
½ teaspoon wheat germ
½ cups flour, up to ¾ cup
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Beat the butter until soft.
Add the sugars and blend until creamy.
Beat in everything else.
Roll the dough into small balls.
Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake until set but not hard, about 10 minutes, or a little less.
Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet.
