Ingredients
Meatloaf :
2 lbs ground meat (equal parts beef, bison, and
lamb)
1 egg
1½ cups bread crumbs
¾ cups ketchup
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
½ cup onion finely chopped
1¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
⅛ teaspoon nutmeg freshly grated
Piquant Sauce:
3 tablespoons brown sugar
